What the app does
LV Compass displays bills of quantities on your Android device – on the building site, in the field or in the office. The files are either on the device or on a server that you specify yourself (WebDAV, e. g. Nextcloud or ownCloud). The app is purely a viewing and search tool: it does not change the bills of quantities and does not transmit any content to us.
Supported file formats
- GAEB DA XML – X81 to X86
- GAEB 90 – D81 to D86
- GAEB 2000 – P81 to P86

Installation via the APK file
In the Google Play Store LV Compass is currently still in a closed test and cannot yet be found there publicly. Until its release, please use the APK file from this page – the app is fully usable with it. If you would like to take part in the closed test, talk to us: info@geier-it.eu.
With installation via the APK, updates do not arrive automatically: you download a new version here and install it over the existing app – your settings are retained.
When installing the APK, Android asks whether installations from this source are permitted. Confirm the prompt, after which the installation runs as usual. Depending on the device, the setting is called „Install unknown apps“ or „Allow from this source“ and is granted once for the file app or the browser.
